Discussion Board Information for New Members

If you are new to the Discussion Board, Welcome!  It can be overwhelming but here are a few tips to help you navigate and get the most out of your experience here.

The ‘Pinned Topics’ at the top of this page are items that stay on the ‘board’ and are a good source of information. There are also inspirational video's and  important points here that will help you  in your journey.

The bottom half of the page and subsequent pages, are member posts. Click  on the title of the post and read to gain knowledge through the wisdom of our members, all peers, on the  on many different subjects. Should you want to reply to a post, click 'Reply to This Topic' at the bottom of the screen and write your reply. Click 'Submit Reply'. Your reply will be posted at the bottom of the post.

Should you need information on a certain subject, go to the ‘Search’ area at the top right hand corner of this page. Enter the word or words you are looking to find more about and click the Search key. This will bring up all posts with that word or set of words. Example would be ‘Section 35’. This will bring up all the posts containing those words and you can read and gain information.

To add your own topic, post a question or tell your story, click on ‘Start  New Topic’ on the upper right hand side of this page.  You must enter a title then write your post. Click on ‘Submit Topic’. You will see your post at the beginning of all the posts. Look for your replies there.

Now that you’ve had a brief tutorial, feel free to post and introduce yourself and your concerns. This is a confidential discussion board and only members can read and post.

Also look for the links to the LTC Zoom meetings in a pinned post near the top of the page. I have also included the links below.  Meetings are Monday through Thursday at 7pm EST.

Please contact the Regional Manager for the chapter you are interested in prior to the meeting.

If you have any problems or questions, please contact me at LTC@learn2cope.org and I will do my best to help.

Stay Strong,
