SUPERVISOR:              Senior Northeast Regional Manager


  • Demonstrate ability to organize, coordinate and build trusted relationships with group members
  • Experience in community organizing, group facilitation, and team building
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with supervisor, must be self-motivated and self-directed
  • Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and related resources
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, days, and occasional weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Maintain the daily operations of LTC Region and assigned LTC chapters including volunteer facilitator, Narcan trainer, and guest speaker schedules for in person or online meetings
  • Actively facilitate and provide Narcan training at in person or online meetings as needed; seek to identify potential volunteers for training
  • Maintain a culturally competent, safe, and supportive environment for group
  • Serve as the face of Learn to Cope in your region and identify opportunities to network and promote awareness and understanding of LTC Mission and services
  • Function as part of larger LTC Team, attend monthly staff meetings and participate in team projects (as schedule allows)
  • Process all paperwork on a timely basis, including Narcan reporting on RedCap, meeting
    reports and quarterly DPH reports
  • Effectively manage all communication in region including email, phone inquiries and crisis calls
  • Other duties as assigned
